Big Woodys inside Ramp City will be CLOSED this Sunday the 29th Jan ..
The main shop on Talbot Road in Blackpool will not open Sundays until after Easter.
Work has started on the new Mini Spine Ramp in the bowl room at Ramp City
You my find that some nights the bowl room if shut off while work is carried out.
Ramp City WSA NON SCOOTER NIGHT
Due to the demand for other park users to have some time away from the kids on scooters that have no Park Etiquette ie being totally unaware of any other park users and snaking with no consideration for the other users of the park. It has been decided that from every Tuesday evening will be a NON SCOOTER NIGHT .
Ramp City is a 29,000 square foot indoor skatepark located not far from Blackpool town centre and at the end of the M55 motorway.
Inside the park you’ll find four halfpipes from the 3’6″ micro mini spine right up to one of the UK’s largest vert ramp standing a mighty 13’3″, a pool with real concrete coping, the only wooden indoor fullpipe in the UK. Street skaters aren’t left out with a section comprising of two driveways with rails and hubbas, low rails, Wembley gap, and new centre peace plus numerous quarters and roll-ins
Also at the park you’ll find Big Woody’s skateboard shop a fully stocked and skater owned and run shop, vending machines serving drinks, hot meals and snacks.
There are secure lockers to to use (we recommend you do, just to be on the safe side) which require a £2 deposit on the key ask at the office.
The whole park is covered by CCTV for your safety.
